Integeo is part of the Forge Holdings group of companies and was created following the sale of Forge's Business Intelligence products company, QIQ Solutions Pty Ltd, to Hyperion Inc. in July 2004.
Forge was established in 1995 and has grown to be a group of companies under the umbrella of Forge Holdings. Forge has built an international reputation for the creation and incubation of new product technologies while providing software systems for business and location intelligence and also systems for the management and control of widely distributed telecommunications and sensor networks. Being a close group of companies, Forge brings a depth of managerial and technical skills to bear when designing and implementing its systems.
Integeo has the drive, flexibility and culture of a start-up with the strong heritage of its parent company. As a Forge Group incubatee Integeo brings a wealth of experience to the Location Intelligence market. Forge’s prestigious background in telecommunications R&D and its success in Business Intelligence has heavily influenced Integeo’s product strategy. A major result has been to focus Integeo on the necessity for organisations to approach Location Intelligence from the perspective of an integrated enterprise architecture instead of spot solutions. This perspective is becoming increasingly relevant while enterprise architectures have to accomodate machine intelligence located at the network edges (the IoT).
